The service is friendly and accommodating, with eagerness to assist guests. The location is central with easy access to trams, but limited dining options in the immediate vicinity. The room was spacious and the bathroom was quite large. It was located at the rear, very quiet, which we preferred given the noise from Flinders Street. The noise from passing trains was a downside, constantly audible.
