The hotel offers spacious rooms with plenty of appliances for self-catering, but noise from passing trains can be bothersome. The service is friendly and accommodating, with eagerness to assist guests. The location is central with easy access to trams, but limited dining options in the immediate vicinity. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with minor noise issues and convenient amenities.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was quite large. It was located at the rear, very quiet, which we preferred given the noise from Flinders Street. The noise from passing trains was a downside, constantly audible.

The dining experience was just OK, suitable for snacks. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with walk distance to the Airport-Shuttle. However, the rooms are too close to nearby buildings.
